No. Promptrepo is a paid product with a 7-day free trial. You get the first 20 responses free during the trial period. You will need to subscribe to the paid plan to continue using Promptrepo after your trial ends or collect more than 20 responses.

A response is a form submission from one of your users. Each time someone fills out your form and submits it, that counts as one response against your monthly limit. The number of responses you can collect per month depends on your subscription plan.

The response limit is not per form; it is the total responses across all of your forms combined. The count resets each month. If you need to collect more responses, you can upgrade to a plan with a higher response limit.

The individual plans support one user, and the subscription is linked to the email address used to subscribe. If you need multiple licenses with centralized billing, subscribe to the Growth plan, which includes 5 user licenses. You can add users as editors, so they can create their own forms and collect responses, or as collaborators, so they can only manage responses or share the form to collect responses. On the individual plans, yes. Collaborators get a free trial automatically when they accept your invite, and once the trial ends they can subscribe to the paid plan using their own email account to continue. If you would prefer to cover your team under a single subscription with centralized billing, use the Growth plan, which includes 5 user licenses.

If you only need to give your team access to the submissions, save responses to Google Forms, link to Google Sheets, and share the sheet instead, or save signed PDFs to your Google Drive folder and share that folder instead. That does not require a subscription.

No. The individual plans do not have the option to transfer ownership or subscriptions. If you would like to use a different email account, subscribe to the paid plan using the preferred account and then cancel the existing subscription. If you need to reassign licenses between users, subscribe to the Growth plan, which includes 5 user licenses with centralized billing.

You can manage your subscription using your customer portal. Login to Promptrepo, click Manage plan and click Cancel plan.

If you cannot access the account that is being billed, note that the subscription is linked to the email address used to subscribe to the paid plan. Email support@promptrepo.com with either that email address, or the last four digits of the card that was charged along with the date of the most recent transaction, and we will locate the subscription for you.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month and can be cancelled anytime. Annual subscriptions are a 12-month contract and are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, it will be valid till the end of the subscription period.

Yes, you can request one. The refund is not a prorated share of the annual price, since the annual price is a discounted 12-month contract. When you cancel early, you are charged the standard monthly rate for the months you have used, and the balance will be refunded.
